Problem: Where can Africans find genuine and credible reviews about apartments before moving in?
Solution:
Create a user-friendly platform where tenants can submit and read reviews of rental properties and landlords.
Providing potential tenants with valuable, reliable insights, helping them make informed decisions.
Qualitative and Quantitative Research
We conducted research among Kenyans and Nigerians to understand the prblems we often face in finding reviews about apartments.
Stage 2. Design strategy
I conducted a design research to understand the standards and UX principles applied in the real estate industry. Then I combined my findings to design a platform that would resonate wih users in both countries.
The final result was a product of numerous iterations and sprints, informed by feedback from PMs and stakeholders.
