The purpose of this platform is to provide comprehensive support and resources for individuals affected by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). The platform aims to empower users with information, foster community engagement, and offer tools for managing symptoms effectively. Over 100,000+ women are affect by PCOS in Nigeria. The goal is to reach 5,000 women in our first MVP then scale.
Problem
Despite being one of the leading causes of infertility, hormonal imbalance, and metabolic disorders, PCOS is not widely discussed in mainstream healthcare systems, leaving many women feeling isolated, confused, and without proper guidance.

Our Solution: MyCyster, a health management web app for women living with PCOS
MyCyster will provide a centralized, accessible, and medically reliable solution for women struggling with PCOS through a user-friendly web app, it will offer evidence-based content, ensuring that women can easily access accurate, localized, and structured information about PCOS, its symptoms, and management strategies. Our features also include personalized health tools, such as an exercise library, dietary planner, and gynecologist finder, empowering users to take control of their health with practical, actionable solutions.
Beyond education and tools, the platform will foster a strong sense of community by creating a safe and inclusive space where women can share their experiences, find support, and connect with others facing similar challenges. Unlike existing unstructured online groups, this well-moderated, expert-backed community will provide a balance of peer support and professional guidance, reducing misinformation and helping users make informed decisions. Additionally, by bridging the gap between women and healthcare professionals, the platform will make expert-backed guidance more accessible, ensuring that women can navigate PCOS with confidence and clarity.
